Our Approach

LoopLoop is designed with your privacy in mind. Most of your data stays on your device, and you control what’s shared.

What We Store Locally (On Your Device)

• Your videos and projects
• App settings and preferences
• Created loops and thumbnails

This data stays on your device until you delete it. We don’t backup your data to the cloud.

What Permissions We Need

• Camera Roll/Photos: To import your videos
• Storage: To save your projects

We only access your media when you choose to import a video.

What We Collect (With Your Permission)

If you consent to analytics, we collect:

• Basic app usage (opens, features used)
• Performance data (crash reports may include filenames)
• Device type and app version

This helps us improve the app. You can opt out anytime in Settings.

Feedback Data

When you send feedback, we collect:

• Your rating and comments
• Email (if you provide it)
• App version and device type

Feedback data is stored for 1 year to help improve the app.

Children’s Privacy

LoopLoop is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your Rights & Controls

You can:

• Opt out of analytics anytime
• Access your data
• Delete your local data
• Request deletion of your feedback
